We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse – OT to assist surgeons and medical teams during surgical procedures and ensure smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre. The candidate should know OT protocols, sterilisation procedures, patient care, and infection control practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the operating theatre before surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons, anaesthetists, and the OT team during surgeries.
- Ensure proper sterilisation and maintenance of surgical instruments and OT equipment.
- Monitor patient condition before, during, and after surgery.
- Maintain OT records, surgical counts, and patient documentation.
- Follow NABH protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
- Coordinate with CSSD, ICU, wards, and other departments for smooth patient management.
- Handle emergency cases and support critical surgical procedures.
- Ensure availability of all surgical supplies and consumables.




- Maintain cleanliness and discipline inside the OT area.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of OT procedures and surgical instruments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and emergency duties.
- Basic knowledge of infection control and biomedical waste management.
- Patient-focused and responsible attitude.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in General OT / Cardiac OT / Neuro OT / Orthopedic OT preferred.
- Candidates with NABH hospital experience will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
