We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Coordinator to manage the CRM portal and handle customer queries efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and ensure timely coordination with customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and update customer information on the CRM portal.
* Handle customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
* Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history in the CRM system.
* Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
* Follow up with customers regarding pending requests and updates.
* Generate basic reports from the CRM system as required.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Required Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Good knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
* Strong customer handling and coordination skills.
* Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
* Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
Qualification
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, Customer Support, or Coordination roles.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Experience in handling CRM portals.
* Strong interpersonal and follow-up skills.
* Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
* Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
