Job Title: Client Handling Executive
Location: Kalinga Vihar, Bhubaneswar
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare reports, proposals, meeting minutes, and other client-related documentation.
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure proper documentation.




- Support contract renewals and identify opportunities for business growth and client retention.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

Qualification

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
