Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with over 20 years of expertise to lead end-to end execution of high-rise residential projects using Mivan aluminium formwork technology-from foundation to handover, ensuring timely delivery, quality, safety, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive project execution as per schedule, achieving targeted Mivan slab cycle times
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, contractors & subcontractors
- Ensure QA/QC compliance and minimize rework
- Enforce HSE policies and build a strong safety culture on site
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and review contractor billing
- Lead, mentor, and build high-performing site teams.
- Manage client, consultant, and authority relationships; report progress to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Robust hands-on experience in high-rise residential construction using Mivan formwork & RCC construction methodologies
- Proven expertise in planning, scheduling, and multi-team project delivery
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera P6, AutoCAD, MS Office and ERP Systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
