Cyber Case Operations Assistant

We are looking for a smart, organised and reliable person to assist in cyber law / banking freeze-unfreeze / financial dispute matters.

Work Profile:

- Manage case data in our internal CMS/software.
- Sort documents received through WhatsApp/email.
- Maintain client, account, complaint and follow-up records.
- Search NCRP complaints / PDFs for relevant account numbers, UTRs, amounts and transaction entries.
- Prepare document checklists, case summaries and basic follow-up notes.
- Update case status, next action, due date and timeline.
- Coordinate internally with lawyers/admin for drafting, filing, dispatch and follow-ups.
- Track pending documents and remind concerned persons for timely action.

Skills Required:

- Valuable computer knowledge.




- Comfortable with PDF search, Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web and file management.
- Careful with numbers, dates, account details and documents.
- Basic English/Hindi communication.
- Organised, confidential and willing to learn.

Law, Commerce, or Company Secretary (CS) background preferred, but not mandatory.

Role Nature:

This is a case operations and coordination role, not a routine clerical job. The person will assist in moving cases from intake to documentation, extraction, follow-up and lawyer review.

Mode: Office-based

Experience: Fresher to 2 years

Salary: As per skill and commitment
