We are hiring a Field Supervisor to manage and monitor day-to-day field operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling on-ground staff, ensuring proper work execution, and maintaining discipline across assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily field operations and manpower deployment
- Ensure staff attendance and proper duty allocation
- Conduct regular field visits across assigned locations
- Coordinate with drivers, helpers, and ground staff
- Maintain daily reports and share updates with management
- Ensure work completion as per company standards
- Handle on-ground issues and resolve them efficiently
- Monitor staff performance and prevent misuse of resources

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in field work / supervision
- Comfortable with field job and local travel
- Basic reporting skills (WhatsApp / Excel)
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi
- Ability to handle manpower and maintain discipline
- Responsible and proactive attitude

Additional Information:

- Immediate joiners preferred
- This is a field job, not an office-based role

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
