Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic PMS Sales professional to drive client acquisition and Assets Under Management (AUM) growth for Portfolio Management Services (PMS). The candidate should have experience in wealth management, PMS, AIF, mutual funds, or investment products and possess solid relationships with HNI/UHNI clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire and onboard HNI/UHNI clients for PMS investments.

Generate new business through referrals, networking, and existing client relationships.

Present PMS offerings, investment strategies, and portfolio performance to prospective clients.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, family offices, wealth managers, and IFAs.

Achieve monthly and annual AUM and revenue targets.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and investment discussions.

Track market trends and competitor offerings to identify business opportunities.





Coordinate with operations and compliance teams for smooth onboarding and documentation.

Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of PMS, AIF, Mutual Funds, and Capital Markets.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven track record in HNI/UHNI client acquisition.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Knowledge of SEBI regulations and wealth management products will be an advantage.

Qualification:

Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.

MBA (Finance/Marketing) preferred.

NISM certification will be an added advantage.

CTC: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
