Job Title : Senior Business Analyst

Experience : 8-10 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead business analysis for Compliance / Surveillance IT initiatives (BAU & strategic).

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

- Perform data analysis and gap analysis on existing systems.

- Translate technical requirements into business solutions.

- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and cross-functional collaboration.

- Prepare key artefacts: BRD, FSD, test cases, and UAT support.

- Support end-to-end SDLC delivery (Agile/Waterfall).

- Work on trade surveillance systems to monitor trading and compliance.

- Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and standards.

- Drive process improvements using data insights and AI/ML.

- Track risks, issues,



and provide regular stakeholder updates.

Requisites
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.

- Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile & Waterfall methodologies.

- Proficiency in SQL (MS SQL / Oracle / PL-SQL).

- Working knowledge of AWS and basic Python.

- Understanding of AML / Trade Surveillance / Control Room concepts.

- Familiarity with tools: JIRA, HP QC, MS Office, Visio, SharePoint.

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of financial products and trade lifecycle.

- Exposure to AI/ML and case management tools.
