Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day facility operations including housekeeping, security, landscaping, and engineering services.
- Ensure functionality of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Lead on-site facility staff and ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
- Conduct training sessions and performance reviews to enhance service delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repair work, and service contracts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure expectations are met.
- Manage and optimize operational budgets and control expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to maintain a safe environment.
- Utilize facility management software for operations tracking and reporting.
- Generate performance, incident, and cost-analysis reports.

Required Qualifications: Graduate / Diploma

Experience: 2–5 years

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
