Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls and communicate effectively with students/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls and handle incoming calls
- Provide information about courses/services
- Follow up with interested leads
- Maintain call records and basic data
- Support the sales and counseling team

Requirements:

- Positive communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)
- Confident and polite speaking skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a team
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
