Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React.js.
- Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and Express.js.
- Build and optimize database systems using MongoDB.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Collaborate with the team using Git for version control.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications across the stack.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in the MERN ecosystem.

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in React.js for front-end development.
- Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js for back-end development.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and database design.
- Valuable understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.




- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT.
- Ability to write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1.5+ years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Next.js.
- Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of Redis, WebSockets, or microservices architecture.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
