​Conduct regular audits, identify discrepancies or process gaps, and recommend corrective actions.

​Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues and streamline workflows.

​Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality audits, metrics, and performance reports.

​Analyze customer feedback and operational data to suggest continuous process improvements.

​Ensure all deliverables comply with company guidelines, industry regulations, and internal policies.

​Requirements & Qualifications:

​Education:



Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

​Experience: 0 to 2 years of qualified experience (freshers with strong analytical aptitude are welcome to apply).

​Skills:

​Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.

​Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

​Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

​Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and general computer applications.

​Ability to manage time effectively and work well under pressure.
