Job Description – Graduate Trainee (Import Logistics)

Department: Import Logistics

Reports To: Import Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities

Assist in import documentation and shipment tracking.

Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents.

Support customs clearance and ensure timely delivery of imported materials.

Update shipment details in SAP/ERP and maintain logistics records.

Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, and Finance for smooth material receipt.

Prepare basic MIS reports and ensure compliance with import procedures.

Qualification

Graduate in Commerce,



Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or any discipline.

Freshers or up to 1 year of experience.

Skills

Basic knowledge of import logistics and documentation.

Good communication and MS Excel skills.

SAP/ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
