Real Estate Salesperson is a full-time, on-site role based in Bilaspur. The incumbent will identify and pursue new sales opportunities, conduct property presentations and site visits, and guide clients through the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, recommending suitable properties, and negotiating terms in line with company policies. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, staying updated on local market trends and regulations, and maintaining accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities.

Qualifications

- Strong Real Estate Sales and general Sales skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.




- Knowledge of Real Estate markets and property-related processes in Chhattisgarh.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with a client-focused and solution-oriented approach.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable conducting in office visits, fieldwork, and in-person meetings in Bilaspur.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or related customer-facing roles is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
