- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate lessons.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment.
- Assess student learning through assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Maintain student records, lesson plans, and academic progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student development.
- Participate in school events, professional development programs, and co-curricular activities.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. preferred for Primary and Middle School teachers.
- NTT/ECCE qualification preferred for Pre-Primary teachers.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Robust subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
