Thapas Energy is looking for an experienced Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Manager to drive sales and business development for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales and a solid understanding of the commercial and industrial solar market.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop C&I; solar business opportunities.
- Meet commercial and industrial clients to understand their energy requirements.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate technical feasibility assessments.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales.
- Coordinate with engineering and project execution teams.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (Engineering,



Business, or related field).
- 3–5 years of experience in C&I; solar sales or B2B industrial sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of rooftop solar systems, net metering, and industrial energy solutions is preferred.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
