Position Overview:
Rohan Corporation is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the design and branding initiatives across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong visual communication skills, creative thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency. Senior designers are typically responsible for leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and delivering high-quality creative assets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for marketing campaigns.
- Create high-quality graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, presentations, and branding materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and management teams to understand project requirements.
- Lead and mentor junior graphic designers.
- Review and approve design drafts before final delivery.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies.




- Coordinate with printers, vendors, and external agencies when required.
- Create visually appealing promotional materials for real estate projects and corporate branding.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Robust knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Experience in digital marketing creatives, social media design, and print production.
- Video editing and motion graphics knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design.
- Real Estate or Construction industry experience will be preferred.
