Responsibilities.
- Generate and follow up on leads. Contact potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits. Build strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain customer records and follow-ups.
- Requirements Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Passion for sales and customer interaction. Basic knowledge of smartphones and social media. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
