Key Responsibilities

● Handle leads from sources like PharmaVends, IndiaMART, website, SEO, calls, internal data, etc.

● Follow up with prospects/existing clients and convert them into active PCD/franchise customers.

● Negotiate pricing, schemes, availability, and close orders.

● Build and maintain relationships with repeat franchise partners.

● Coordinate with dispatch, purchase, production, and accounts for smooth order execution.

● Track stock availability, stock movement, and support indent planning.

● Participate in the order dispatch process from payment/order confirmation to final dispatch.

● Maintain customer, product, order, and sales data.

● Analyse product-wise and customer-wise sales trends.

● Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.

● Support quarterly gift and promotional planning for customers.





● Coordinate sales activities to improve repeat orders and monthly revenue.

Required Skills

● Minimum 2 years of experience in pharma/PCD/franchise sales.

● Strong customer handling, follow-up, and negotiation skills.

● Ability to close deals and work towards sales targets.

● Valuable coordination skills with internal departments.

● Basic understanding of inventory, dispatch, and order management.

● Good Excel, reporting, and data management skills.

● Self-motivated, hungry to grow, and reliable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
