Job Title: On-Page SEO Specialist

Salary: ₹4.0 LPA – ₹10.0 LPA

​About the Role

​We are looking for a detailed, result-driven On-Page SEO Specialist to join our growth team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for directly driving organic search visibility, improving page experience, and optimizing website content structure across web assets.

​Key Responsibilities​1. Keyword Strategy & Search Intent

- ​Perform in-depth keyword research to target high-intent search terms.

- ​Map target keywords accurately across existing pages and plan content hubs/topic clusters.

- ​Analyze search intent (informational, commercial, transactional) to optimize landing page structures.

​2. On-Page & Content Optimization

- ​Optimize core metadata: title tags, meta descriptions, header structures (H1-H6), clean URL paths, and image alt tags.

- ​Perform internal linking audits to establish clear site hierarchy and page authority flow.
- ​Collaborate closely with content writers to guide SEO briefs, keyword insertion, density, and formatting.





- ​Refresh existing low-performing or outdated content to recover rankings and boost organic traffic.

​3. Technical On-Page & Analytics

- ​Work with web development teams to resolve page-level issues such as canonical tags, page speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.

- ​Implement structured data markup (JSON-LD / Schema.org) for rich snippets.

- ​Track performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console to monitor rankings, click-through rates (CTR), and user bounce rates.

​Qualifications & Skills

- ​Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in on-page search engine optimization.

- ​Tools Knowledge: Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or PageSpeed Insights.

- ​Technical Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS constraints and how search engines crawl/index web pages.

- ​Content Sense: Solid grasp of written English and content layout best practices.

- ​Problem Solving: Analytical mind with the ability to turn audit findings into prioritized action items.

​Compensation & Evaluation

- ​Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹10,00,000 per annum
- ​Selection Basis: The final offered CTC within this range is flexible and will be determined based on:
- ​Past Track Record: Verifiable results from prior campaigns or websites managed.
- ​Technical Interview Performance: Practical problem-solving skills, site-audit assessments, and overall strategic vision during discussions.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
