Responsibilities and Duties

- Develop new Industry Partners, sustain and maintain existing Industry partners for generating current avenues for employment for our candidates.
- Liaise with our Industry Partners in order to stay updated with the new job vacancies that come up.
- Required to provide career counselling to candidates, after they complete their course period.
- Look for job opportunities for candidates.
- Review candidates resume familiarise herself/himself with the educational qualification, work experience and other acquired skills of the candidate.
- Understand the candidates’ interest and requirements before seeking a job for him/her.
- Prepare the candidates for interviews.
- Suggest vocational courses to the candidates for better job prospects.
- Provide tips on succeeding in the interview.
- Provide suggestions on how to maintain a good position and grow further within the organization

Experience

A minimum of 2 years work experience into HR Profile

Education

Graduation / MBA
