We are looking for a dynamic and confident Hindi Telecaller to support our sales team by communicating with customers, dealers, distributors, and prospects across North India. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi and capable of generating leads, following up on inquiries, and coordinating with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally.
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and pending payments.
- Maintain customer information and call records in the CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate appointments for the sales team.
- Explain MANNOL products and promotional offers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve daily calling and lead generation targets.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales.
- Freshers with excellent Hindi communication skills are welcome.

Required Skills

- Fluent in Hindi (mandatory).
- Basic English communication skills.
- Valuable telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to persuade customers and handle objections.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Preferred

- Experience in automotive, lubricant, FMCG, or B2B sales support.
- Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
