Sales Executive /Sales Sr Executive (All grades)

1. Generate sales and meet targets through effective sales process using database provided

2. Develop, Maintain and Consistently keep the Customer database effective

3. Ensure timely and efficient follow up procedures (Courtesy call, PR call, Feedback and Referral calls)

4. Effectively and diligently use the sales and presentation skills imparted during training

5. Thorough proficiency in product to effectively satisfy any query of the customer

6. Personal Grooming

7. Maintaining excellent interpersonal relationships with Subordinates, Colleagues and Superiors

8. Customer passion and purchase experience - (Extra mile, persistence, Most diligent follow up, killer instinct, warmth and excitement)





9. Submission of DSR and all requisite reports in a timely manner

10. Punctuality and Discipline in all aspects of work life

3. Should enjoy Delighting guests and Selling, thus developing healthy relationships.
