Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- MIS, KPI dashboards, and management reporting
- Cash flow and working capital management
- Investor MIS, board reporting, and fundraising support
- Financial modeling and business analysis
- P&L;, balance sheet, and variance analysis
- Cost optimization and profitability improvement
- GST, TDS, ROC, and statutory compliance
- Internal and statutory audit coordination
- E-commerce finance, marketplace reconciliation, and revenue analytics
- Process automation, ERP implementation, and strengthening internal controls
- Cross-functional collaboration with founders, business heads, and leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

- BBA/BCOM/MCOm/MBA Finance
- 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in startups, D2C, e-commerce, or fintech companies




- Strong expertise in FP&A;, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, ROC compliance, audits, and statutory reporting
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Zoho, Tally Prime) and advanced Excel; Power BI/Tableau is an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth setting and interact with senior leadership
