ZAKKAA Home Decor is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and dealers, generating leads, explaining our product range, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Candidates with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and dealers.
- Introduce and explain ZAKKAA Home Decor products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up calls.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or database.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.




- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
- Ability to convince and engage customers over the phone.
- Good listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in Hindi and Punjabi is preferred. Knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
