What You’ll Do

● Design static posts, carousels, and visual assets for social media platforms.

● Create lifestyle & culture-led content like memes.

● Copy writing for social media posts & ads.

● Shoot and edit reels and short-form videos (basic gear or phone is fine).

● Cover BTS & short form videos at VRO events, launches, brand Ips, etc (shoot + edit).

● On-camera comfort (vox-pop, casual interviews, conversations).

● Can use AI tools for image & video generation.

● Translate brand ideas into clean, minimal visuals.





● Collaborate closely with the social & marketing team.

● Maintain visual consistency across platforms.

What We’re Looking For

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.

● Understanding of men’s fashion, grooming, fitness, or lifestyle spaces.

● Strong visual sense and storytelling ability.

● Can make content sound funny & feel relatable through humorous copy writing & meme marketing.

● Good understanding of Instagram formats & trends (without chasing noise).

● Ability to work rapid without compromising taste.

● Someone who enjoys being on-ground, not just behind a screen.

● Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.

Tools You Might Use

Canva / Adobe / Edits / Premiere / Phone camera/ DSLR camera/AI tools like Nano banana, Midjourney, Higsfield, etc
