We are seeking a design-driven and detail-oriented BIM Architect / Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering high-quality design documentation and has hands-on experience working on large-scale projects using BIM workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and update BIM models using Autodesk Revit
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, documentation, and construction sets
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Autodesk Navisworks
- Work within Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for document control and team collaboration
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design conflicts
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and project requirements
- Support project teams during design development and execution phases
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in BIM modeling and architectural drafting
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
- Hands-on experience with clash detection using Autodesk Navisworks
- Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
- Experience working on large-scale or complex projects
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive communication and coordination abilities
