Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Android Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, and modern Android architecture components, with a focus on delivering scalable and user-friendly mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin and Java.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
- Build responsive, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Implement clean architecture patterns such as MVVM/MVP.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following Android best practices.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
- Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and technologies.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Android application development.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
- Solid understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle.
- Experience with Jetpack Components (ViewModel, LiveData, Navigation, Room, WorkManager).
- Strong knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns.
- Experience integrating REST APIs,



JSON parsing, and Retrofit/OkHttp.
- Hands-on experience with local databases such as Room or SQLite.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub or other version control systems.
- Familiarity with Firebase services (Push Notifications, Analytics, Crashlytics, Authentication).
- Experience with dependency injection frameworks like Hilt or Dagger.
- Understanding of Material Design guidelines and responsive UI development.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Jetpack Compose.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience publishing and maintaining apps on the Google Play Store.
- Understanding of app security and performance optimization.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
