Key Responsibilities – Air Export Pricing

- Prepare and provide competitive and timely air export quotations to customers and the sales team.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed shipments while maintaining the company's targeted profit margins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, customers, and the internal sales team to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support the sales team by providing pricing solutions aligned with company pricing policies and standards.
- Analyze customer shipment requirements and offer the most suitable and cost-effective pricing options within the required turnaround time.
- Coordinate with airlines and other service providers to obtain accurate freight rates before preparing quotations.
- Proactively communicate any pricing challenges, capacity constraints, or operational issues to customers and the sales team.
- Ensure all quotations are accurate, competitive, and tailored to customer requirements.




- Maintain complete records of quotations, customer responses, and pricing history for future reference and business analysis.
- Monitor quotation conversion ratios, analyze business wins and losses, and share insights with the HOD to improve pricing strategies.
- Keep customers informed about market trends, freight rate fluctuations, airline capacity, and transit options to build confidence and strengthen long-term business relationships.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously monitor market conditions and competitor pricing to develop competitive pricing strategies and maximize business opportunities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
