We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Executive to support our business expansion in Chennai. The role involves identifying potential customers, building long-term relationships, and promoting financial products and services to meet client requirements.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates who already have experience in banking or finance sales profiles.
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through calls, referrals, and other lead-generation activities.
- Explain financial products and services to clients and address their queries.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer network.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Keep customer information and sales activities updated.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about market trends and customer requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Banking or Finance Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi ; Tamil language skills will be an advantage.
- Freshers are not eligible for this role.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
- Fixed working schedule: Monday to Friday
- Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)
