Job Title: Testing & Commissioning Engineer – Chemical DivisionDepartment: Projects / R&D; / Process EngineeringLocation: BhosariReporting To: Project Manager / Process HeadJob Summary:The Testing & Commissioning Engineer (Chemical) will be responsible for the inspection,testing, calibration, and commissioning of process equipment and chemical systems at theplant or client site. The role focuses on ensuring system functionality, process performance,and safety compliance during project handover and R&D; trials.Key Responsibilities: Conduct testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of chemical processplants, skids, or pilot systems. Verify piping, instrumentation, and equipment installation as per P&ID; andproject specifications. Perform system flushing, leak testing, calibration, and operational checks ofpumps, valves, flow meters, and other instruments. Assist in start-up and shutdown procedures, ensuring all safety protocols arefollowed. Work closely with design, production, and quality teams for process validation andoptimization. Record test data, prepare commissioning reports, punch lists,



and performance testdocumentation. Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for any process or equipmentissues. Support R&D; and process improvement activities for ongoing projects. Coordinate with clients and vendors during site inspections and performance trials. Ensure all activities comply with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines.Qualifications & Skills: Education: Diploma Chemical Engineering Experience: 1–3 years of experience in testing, commissioning, or process operationin the chemical or industrial plant sector.
