Key Responsibilities:

- Full responsibility for day-to-day production operations across all units (Metal, Wood, Powder Coating, Upholstery, Assembly).
- Ensure 100% on-time production as per planning schedules.
- Drive strict discipline among workers — attendance, punctuality, behavior, performance.
- Resolve escalated shop floor issues that Production & Quality Supervisors are unable to handle.
- Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing systems — Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke, JIT (Just-In-Time production), Bottleneck elimination.
- Implement, monitor, and sustain ISO-standard processes across production operations, including documentation, audits, and corrective action.
- Maintain high shop floor efficiency, minimal wastage, and high output quality.
- Oversee machinery maintenance, breakdown prevention, and asset management.
- Conduct regular Gemba Walks (on-the-floor inspections) to maintain direct control and early issue detection.
- Build strong second-line leadership — training Supervisors and Line Leaders to handle daily operations.
- Drive workplace safety standards and accident prevention practices.
- Develop and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production and shop floor activities.

About the Role:

We seek an experienced, disciplined, and dynamic Production Head to own complete responsibility of manufacturing operations across all production units — Metal, Wood,



Powder Coating, Upholstery, and Assembly.

The Production Head will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, cost-effectively, and with disciplined shop floor management, without requiring intervention from the Founder's Office. He will be the ultimate in-charge of shop floor operations, quality adherence, manpower discipline, machine upkeep, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.

This role demands a hands-on, proactive leader who combines production planning, people leadership, lean manufacturing expertise, and sharp execution discipline.

Qualifications:

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field.
- 15+ years of strong production leadership experience in manufacturing industries (metal, wood, furniture, fabrication, engineering, etc.).
- Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Poka-Yoke, JIT, and other efficiency systems.
- Experience in handling multi-unit, multi-location production ecosystems.
- Solid shop floor discipline enforcement track record.
- Good command over labor management, grievance handling, and worker motivation.

Pay: ₹9,951.13 - ₹29,990.26 per month
