Job Title :Credit Officer

Key Responsibilities

1. Credit Appraisal & Loan Assessment

· Evaluate loan applications for products like:

o MFI loans

· Analyze:

o KYC Documents (Aadhar .ID, Passbook, Land Tax )

o Cheque

Conduct Financial analysis to determine repayment capacity .

2. Field Verification

· Conduct or coordinate:

o Residence verification

· Assess customer profile and stability

· Identify potential risks or fraud indicators

3. Documentation & Compliance

· Verify KYC

· Ensure compliance with
Reserve Bank of India guidelines

· Maintain proper credit files and audit-ready records

4. Risk Assessment & Decision Making

· Approve/reject loan applications within authority limits

· Recommend cases to higher authorities when required

· Ensure adherence to company credit policies

5. Portfolio Monitoring

· Track performance of approved loans

· Identify early warning signals (delays,



irregular payments)

· Work with collections team to reduce NPAs

6. Coordination

· Work closely with:

o Relationship Officers

o Branch Managers

· Provide feedback to improve sourcing quality

6. Functions Involved :

o Stock Keeping

o Product Keeping

o Collection Deposit

Qualifications & SkillsEducation

· Plus Two or Above

Experience

· 1–2 years in NBFC/BFSIcredit role

· Freshers with finance knowledge may be considered

Skills

· Robust analytical and financial assessment skills

· Knowledge of credit policies and lending norms

· Attention to detail

· Decision-making ability

· Basic knowledge of financial statements

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
