We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented Tele-caller to connect with higher education institutions, generate qualified leads, and support our sales team by scheduling product demonstrations. If you enjoy interacting with people, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about helping educational institutions adopt modern technology, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
- Introduce and explain Our solutions to prospective clients.
- Identify decision-makers and qualify sales opportunities.
- Generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Schedule product demonstrations with interested prospects.
Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and maintain engagement.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM.




- Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Must Have

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Robust interpersonal, listening skills.
- Confidence in speaking with potential customers over the phone.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, web browsing, CRM tools).
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented mindset.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Nice to have

- Ability to communicate in Tamil.
- Previous experience in tele-calling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales.
- Knowledge of the education sector or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with lead generation and sales processes.
