Job Title: Interior Site Engineer
Location: Bangalore

Reports To: Project Head

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Interior Site Engineer to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects at the site. The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors, contractors, and designers to ensure that the execution meets design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise site execution for interior projects, ensuring adherence to drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for materials, schedules, and quality compliance.
- Monitor day-to-day project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
- Conduct quality checks for materials and workmanship, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Resolve any in office issues or technical problems that may arise during project execution.
- Review project plans and drawings, and provide technical input where necessary.
- Ensure all safety regulations and protocols are followed on-site.
- Manage resources efficiently to meet project deadlines and budgets.
- Attend project meetings with clients, designers, and stakeholders as required.




- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of site activities, issues, and resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior site execution (residential, commercial, or retail projects preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of interior materials, construction methods, and fit-out works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Proficient with MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Willingness to work at different project locations if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with luxury interior projects is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
