Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and empathetic Admission Counselor to guide aspiring medical students and their parents through the process of securing admission for MBBS programs abroad.

In this role, you will interact with interested candidates, understand their academic goals and financial preferences, provide accurate counseling regarding foreign universities, and support them through the documentation and visa processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Counseling & Guidance: Conduct face-to-face, phone, and virtual counseling sessions with students and parents interested in pursuing MBBS in countries such as Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, etc.
- Lead Conversion: Warmly connect with incoming leads, follow up systematically, and convert interested prospects into enrollments.
- University Selection: Help students choose the right country, university, and course based on their NEET score, budget, and personal preferences.
- End-to-End Support: Guide candidates through the application process, document collection, apostille/attestation, visa documentation, and travel pre-departure briefings.
- Parental Management: Address parents' queries, safety concerns, and financial doubts with patience and transparency.
- Information Updates:



Stay up to date with National Medical Commission (NMC) guidelines, foreign university fee structures, recognition, and visa policy changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3 years of counseling experience in foreign education (experience in MBBS/Medical Abroad counseling is highly preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Interpersonal Skills: Solid active listening skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust with students and parents.
- Product Knowledge: Basic familiarity with NMC rules, screening tests (NEXT/FMGE requirements), and top medical university destinations.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, Google Workspace/MS Office, and phone/video tools.

Pay: ₹20,534.76 - ₹37,538.93 per month
