Sweero Delights Global Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Intern to join our food production team. This internship provides hands-on experience in food quality assurance, food safety, quality inspection, production quality monitoring, hygiene management, documentation, and product testing.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Quality Control (QC) and Production teams to ensure products meet company quality standards, FSSAI regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), and food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in monitoring quality during food production and packaging processes.
- Perform routine quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Support food quality testing, sampling, and product evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, company SOPs, GMP, GHP, and hygiene protocols.
- Conduct hygiene and sanitation checks in production areas.
- Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Report quality deviations and assist in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality.




- Support internal quality audits and food safety inspections.
- Verify cleaning and sanitation activities before production starts.
- Assist in monitoring product shelf life, storage conditions, and traceability records.
- Work collaboratively with production teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and food safety.

Qualifications

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
