Job Description

As a Client Engagement Associate, you will play a crucial role in onboarding clinics, hospitals, and corporate partners for our cutting-edge home physiotherapy solutions within the B2B2C model. Reporting to the Sales Lead, your primary responsibility is to identify, engage, and convert medical institutions and corporate partners who share our vision for healthcare transformation. You will also play a key role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with these partners.

Roles and Responsibilities Customer Engagement

- Convert customers into HealthFlex plan, either physically (treating physician s clinic/center) ordigitally (through calls)

- Engage with customers to intervene and improve compliance and adherence

- Work with customers and the treating physician to evolve the exercise protocols fortnightly and improve customer retention and satisfaction

- Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with followers

- Providing comprehensive patient assessment and tailored exercise prescription
