Snapmint is looking for a proactive and technically strong IT Support Engineer who can manage end-user systems, endpoint security, device compliance, and IT operations across Mac, Linux, and Windows environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with modern device management tools, endpoint security solutions, and vendor coordination.

Role

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support macOS, Linux, and Windows endpoints.
- Administer JumpCloud, Kaspersky, and Safetica platforms.
- Configure device policies, patch management, compliance, and endpoint security.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, VPN, network, and access-related issues.
- Handle user onboarding/offboarding, asset allocation, and access provisioning.
- Manage software deployment, license tracking, and IT asset inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, warranties, and support.
- Monitor security alerts and ensure timely remediation.
- Maintain IT documentation,



SOPs, asset records, and support logs.
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to employees.

Required Skills & Experience

- Hands-on experience with macOS, Linux, and Windows administration.
- Experience with JumpCloud, Kaspersky, and Safetica.
- Solid knowledge of endpoint security, DLP, device management, and access control.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting OS, network, email, VPN, and user access issues.
- Understanding of Active Directory/Identity Management, patch management, and security best practices.
- Good communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 administration.
- Exposure to automation/scripting tools.
- Relevant endpoint management or security certifications.
