Job Description:

- Welcome and assist patients with registration, appointments, and front desk operations.
- Counsel patients on treatment packages, billing, insurance, and payment options.
- Coordinate with doctors, billing, and insurance teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Handle patient inquiries, maintain accurate records, and achieve counseling/conversion targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and hospital policies.

Key Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in hospital front office and patient counseling.




- Knowledge of hospital billing, insurance, and cash handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Hospital Management Systems (HMS).

Preferred: Candidates with experience in hospitals, diagnostic centers, or healthcare organizations.
