Your Role

The US IT Recruiter plays a critical role in the hiring process for IT (Information Technology) and Non IT positions. Their main goal is to find, attract, and hire qualified candidates for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring the right fit for both the candidate and the organization.

Qualification

- Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes




- Proven skills in Technical Recruiting, with the ability to assess technical qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Recruiting methodologies and best practices
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
- Familiarity with IT industry terms and technologies
- Previous experience in the US IT staffing market is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
- Technical Degree like B.E/ B. Tech, MCA, MSc (CS, IT), BCA, Bsc Computer

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
