Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations team. The intern will get hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
- Make candidate calls and explain job roles, salary details, and interview processes.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates for interviews, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Assist in posting job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Support daily HR and recruitment activities.




- Maintain proper records and reports.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process.
- Comfortable with calling and interacting with candidates.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
