Job Summary

The Sales Back Office Executive will support the sales team by managing customer documentation, loan processing, data entry, MIS reporting, dealer coordination, and administrative activities. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer applications to ensure smooth sales operations. Similar back-office roles emphasize documentation accuracy, MIS preparation, coordination with sales teams, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, verify, and maintain customer loan files and sales documentation.
- Perform accurate data entry in company software and maintain customer records.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives, Credit, Operations, and Branch Teams for timely loan processing.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Track pending cases and follow up with dealers, customers, and internal departments.
- Verify KYC and other customer documents before loan processing.
- Maintain proper filing of physical and digital documents.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide operational support to the sales team.




- Ensure timely submission of loan proposals and required reports.
- Support branch administration and other back-office activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or equivalent preferred).

Experience:

- Fresher or 1–3 years of experience in Back Office, Sales Coordination, Banking, NBFC, or Finance.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and computer applications.
- Strong data entry and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of loan documentation and finance processes is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.

CTC: As per company norms (Based on qualification and experience).
