About the Role

Benaras is a fashion house producing high-quality garments for international clients. We need a QC Head to own the entire quality process. You must be able to check both stitching and embroidery defects, train a team, and work constructively with production.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end quality control: fabric inspection through final dispatch• Check stitching, embroidery (hand and machine), measurements, finishing, labelling, and packing• Create order-wise QC protocols for unique orders with different specs• Build, train, and manage the checking team• Work with Production to balance quality and delivery constructively• Prepare QC reports: defect rates, types, corrective actions• Ensure audit readiness at all times

Must-Have Requirements

- Fashion/textile institute degree (NIFT, IIHT, or equivalent)• 5+ years in garment QC• Export QC experience: AQL,



buyer audits• Ability to check stitching AND embroidery defects (hand + machine)• Experience with delicate fabrics• Team training and management experience

Nice to Have

- Premium brand QC experience
