Job Description – Monitoring & Evaluation Executive (Telecom Operations)

Location: Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru
Experience: 2–5 Years (Telecom Operations)
Employment Type: Full time | On-site | 6 Working Days
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Monitoring & Evaluation Executive to monitor telecom project execution, coordinate with cross-functional teams, track project progress, manage billing milestones, evaluate project profitability, and generate MIS reports to ensure timely project delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Monitoring

- Monitor daily field activities (Survey, I&C;, Rectification, Revisit, Idle Teams).
- Track team productivity and project execution across circles.
- Prepare and circulate daily project status reports.

Project Coordination & Tracking

- Coordinate with Customers, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Field Teams, Accounts, and Management.
- Track team allocations, pending site assignments, project milestones, and execution delays.
- Ensure timely submission and validation of Daily Project Reports (DPR).

Billing & Commercial Follow-up

- Track WCC submissions, approvals, and GRN generation.
- Coordinate PO mapping and billing readiness with Accounts.
- Follow up on approvals related to mobilization, intercity, roaming, extra man-days, and other billable activities.





Financial Monitoring & Project Evaluation

- Monitor project expenses against PO values.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly, and Monthly P&L; reports.
- Evaluate project feasibility based on Scope of Work (SOW), Line Items, PO values, operational costs, and commercial viability.
- Identify project risks and recommend corrective actions.

MIS & Reporting

- Generate Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Present dashboards on project progress, productivity, billing, and profitability.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, Conditional Formatting, Charts & MIS Reporting).
- Good understanding of the telecom project lifecycle (Survey, I&C;, Rectification, WCC, GRN & Billing).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.

Language Requirements

- Mandatory: English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Preferred: Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Telecom Operations, Project Monitoring, MIS, or Project Coordination.
