Job Summary

We are hiring a Software Testing Trainer to deliver our Manual and Automation Testing programs. Whether you are a bright fresher with strong testing fundamentals and project exposure or a professional with up to 2 years of experience, if you love teaching and can make testing concepts practical and straightforward, we want to hear from you. Freshers with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply — structured trainer onboarding will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions in Manual Testing, SDLC/STLC, test case design, and defect management
- Teach Automation Testing using Selenium with Java/Python, TestNG, and frameworks used in the industry
- Cover API testing (Postman), database testing (SQL), and basics of performance testing tools
- Introduce students to Agile/Scrum practices and defect tracking tools like JIRA
- Guide students through hands-on projects, real-world testing scenarios, and capstone projects
- Prepare and update course materials, assignments, assessments, and lab exercises in line with industry trends
- Mentor students on resume building and support interview preparation for QA roles
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback and doubt-clearing support
- Support demo sessions, workshops, and seminars conducted by the academy

Requirements





- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in software testing (manual/automation) or technical training
- Strong understanding of testing concepts, SDLC/STLC, and test documentation
- Working knowledge of Selenium, Java or Python basics, SQL, and tools like Postman and JIRA
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English; Malayalam is an advantage
- Genuine passion for teaching and mentoring students
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certification is a plus
