We're Hiring – Staff Nurse

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, assist doctors during patient treatment, monitor patient health, administer medications, and ensure patient safety while delivering compassionate care in accordance with hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and health status, and report any changes to the treating doctor.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure infection control practices and maintain a clean and safe patient care setting.




- Collaborate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Eligibility

- B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, or Diploma in Nursing with a valid nursing registration.
- Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–3 years of hospital experience will be preferred.
- Good clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
