Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented *Brand Manager* to oversee the day-to-day retail operations of assigned brands across all stores. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience in retail operations, sales analysis, and store coordination. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage retail operations for assigned brands across all stores.

* Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare MIS reports.

* Coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth execution of brand activities.

* Track stock availability, replenishment, and inventory movement.

* Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to improve business performance.

* Coordinate with merchandising, warehouse, and marketing teams.

* Ensure timely implementation of promotions, VM guidelines, and new product launches.

* Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance dashboards using Excel.

* Monitor store KPIs such as sales, conversion, ATV, UPT, and productivity.





* Conduct regular follow-ups with store managers regarding targets, stock, and operational issues.

* Support management with business planning and decision-making through data analysis.

* Ensure compliance with brand standards and company SOPs across all stores.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of *Microsoft Excel* (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, charts, data analysis, and reporting).

* Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Ability to handle multiple stores and work under deadlines.

* Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales reporting.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

* 3–4 years of experience in retail operations, brand management, or a similar role.

* Experience in handling multiple retail stores is preferred.
