Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sales Hiring

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions within defined timelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales positions, including Business Development Executives, Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, Inside Sales.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri.com, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary offers and support the offer rollout and joining process.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure high offer acceptance and joining ratios.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring best practices.
- Experience hiring for sales roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sourcing and networking capabilities.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in sales hiring or volume hiring is preferred.

Pay: ₹10,104.92 - ₹20,436.91 per month
