Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with AI knowledge to create compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools, and the ability to leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity, innovation, and content creation.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

- Create visually appealing marketing materials, including:
- Social media creatives
- Banners and advertisements
- Brochures and catalogues
- Emailers and presentations
- POSM and retail branding materials
- Website graphics and landing page assets

AI-Powered Creative Development

- Utilize AI tools to generate concepts, images, illustrations, and design variations.
- Develop effective prompts for AI image generation platforms.
- Enhance design workflows using AI-driven creative solutions.
- Adapt AI-generated content to align with brand guidelines and business requirements.

Brand Management

- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all visual communication.
- Maintain and update brand assets, templates, and design libraries.

Content & Marketing Support

- Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and social media teams.
- Create engaging visual content for campaigns, promotions, product launches, and events.
- Support video creatives, reels, and motion graphics when required.





Innovation & Research

- Stay updated on emerging design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies.
- Recommend creative design approaches to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design.
- Portfolio showcasing creative design work and AI-assisted projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, or consumer brands.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
